How should we think about political communication in an age of globalization, mediatization, fake news, propaganda and professionalized information manipulation? Key concepts in political communication are presented within the framework of globalized media, linking political communication to both the classics in the field as well as the wider perspective of more recent changes in our mediatized public sphere.
The course is an Open Education Resource version of the University of Agder course SV 212 Political Communication, based on a Creative Commons user license. It is self paced and based on extensive amounts of individual work. Lessons are organized in modules, following the same routines and procedures one module to the next.
